Molly Rahtz is a Cincinnati-based artist and filmmaker (b. 2003) who creates paintings, videos, and installations. Her work is born out of a place of fear; she creates her own mythologies through video work, paintings, and installation referencing film, classical myth, and Biblical stories, giving her a framework to exercise a sense of control. Her art serves as an outlet to confront the terrifying and comfort the terrified.
