In this set, I secured the location to be in my dorm. The two main characters had just moved in to their space, so the set design was reserved to be things essential to their apartment: a couch, salt and pepper, and of course various romance novels decorating the coffee table. For the final shot of the characters playing DnD, I wanted each of them to have their own distinct style and committal to the game. A lot of greens were used to represent the main character's growth. Additionally, the main character's red lipstick is only reserved for when she is content with her love life and fully confident.
