I wanted to focus on the coloring for the wardrobe on this film. The main character, Evalina, is often in white, either signifying her role as the savior or misleading the viewer into believing her benevolence. The other main character, Aidan, is wearing blacks and blues, pushing him into the background and identifying him as the victim. But, the crowning jewel of this piece was creating the burnt-out eye effect on Aidan, which was made of tissues, liquid latex, fabric, and fake blood.
